PUTRAJAYA: Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa has been unanimously elected as the president of the Commonwealth Association for Public Administration and Management (Capam) for the 2014-2016 term.
According to a statement issued by the Chief Secretary to the Government's Office, Ali's appointment was made at the Capam members' general meeting, which was held at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC)
