GEORGE TOWN: The Penang government has invited Singapore companies to take part in its RM27bil road and public transport projects.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said it welcomed companies to take part in a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development and construction of the Penang Transport Master Plan Strategy 2013-2030.
