Murder accused freed after friends-turned-witnesses go missing

SEREMBAN: A man accused of hacking a couple to death in Lukut more than two years ago has been acquitted and discharged after the prosecution failed to locate its main witnesses.

High Court judge Zabariah Mohd Yusof set M. Kodiswaran (pic) free after the prosecution failed to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.
