SHAH ALAM: A cigarette import company director will know on Nov 14, the amount of damages he will be awarded in his suit against the Customs Department director-general and four others.
On Monday, the High Court's Justice Wan Afrah heard submissions by both parties in chambers over the quantum of damages to be awarded to two plaintiffs, after finding all the defendants liable in the negligence suit on Aug 29.
