LAND Public Transport Commission (SPAD) chairman Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar hailed Budget 2015 as a comprehensive one, citing the increased rail transit lines and bus services.
“It will surely increase service quality, passenger mobility and public transport modal share,” he said.
