Man believed to be 04 gang member shot at close range

BUTTERWORTH: A 35-year-old man believed to be a member of the 04 Gang was shot twice at close range in Jalan Perusahaan Sungai Lokan, Taman Perusahaan Mak Mandin, here.

North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Rahman Ibrahim said police arrived at the scene 10 mi­­nutes after receiving a call from a member of the public at about 9am yesterday.
