PETALING JAYA: The Education Ministry’s decision to bring forward the release of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) results by two weeks compared to previous years has drawn a mixed reaction from parents and students.
Although students can use their forecast results to enrol in private institutions, they can only formally register for their courses when the actual SPM results are released.
