PETALING JAYA: As water levels continue to rise in several low-lying villages in Sabah, villagers are helping one another to cope with the disaster.
According to Chairman of the JKK Penampang Proper, Dambai and Kambau Petrus Conrad the youth especially had been ferrying affected villages to higher ground by boat.
