JARINGAN Cina Malaysia president Ng Lum Yong said that DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng owes the Chinese community an explanation on why delegates from unregistered DAP branches were able to vote in its central executive committee (CEC) re-election last year, Utusan Malaysia reported.
Ng questioned DAP’s move to only apply for approval from the Registrar of Societies for the 120 unregistered branches after the CEC re-election was over.
