MIC Wanita chief Mohana Muniandy has called upon the Government to take immediate action over the easy availability of cheap liquor in this country, reported Malaysia Nanban.
She said a survey conducted by them showed that there are about 100,000 Indian widows in this country and most of the husbands had died because of liquor addiction.
