MALACCA: Bumiputras cannot blame the Government and other races if the target of achieving 30% Bumiputra equity ownership in the economy is not achieved by 2020.
Former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said they only have themselves to blame for not doubling efforts to improve themselves.
