SHAH ALAM: A senior Customs officer attached to the Klang Free Zone claimed trial in a Sessions Court here to seven counts of receiving RM688,100 bribe as an inducement for not carrying out inspection on vehicles which ferried liquor to avoid duties.
Harun Baba, 57, was charged before Sessions Court judge Noradidah Ahmad Thursday and was accused under Section 16(a)(A) of the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission.
