KUALA LUMPUR: DAP has dropped its application for a judicial review of the Registrar of Societies’ (RoS) alleged refusal to recognise the party’s central executive committee (CEC) that was re-elected on Sept 29 last year.
DAP lawyer Gobind Singh Deo told the High Court yesterday that the party was dropping the application now that RoS has acknowledged that its statements on the matter were just advisory.
