TUMPAT: About 81% of early voters for the Pengkalan Kubor by-election comprising police personnel had cast their votes as of 10am on Sunday.
Election Commission (EC) deputy chairman Datuk Seri Mohd Hashim Abdullah said although the majority of the 109 police personnel had voted, the polling centre at the district police station would still open its doors until 3pm.
