Malaysian student denied entry into Russia, spends 5 days in Moscow airport


PETALING JAYA: A Malaysian student who was denied entry at the Domodedovo International Airport in Moscow, Russia, was held at the airport for five days due to a lack of available seats for a flight back to Malaysia.

M. Murugan Pillai, a medical student at the Russian National Research Medical University was denied entry into Moscow on Sept 2 and was only deported on Sept 7.
