PETALING JAYA: The Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) will move to prosecute in the case of Teoh Beng Hock's death, should the police discover substantial circumstantial evidence.
This comes following the Putrajaya Court of Appeal's recent ruling that there was circumstantial evidence indicating that Teoh's death was caused, or accelerated, by person or persons unknown.
