JOHOR BARU: Efforts will be made to upgrade and improve the country’s railway services to ensure better transportation logistics, especially on the ferrying of cargo between trading ports, says Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

He said businesses were now relying more on lorries and heavy vehicles to transport goods between ports. Such methods could pose a safety hazard to other road users, he added.
