PUTRAJAYA: PKR is in the process of furnishing documents to the Registrar of Societies (ROS) to prove that there were no elements of misconduct in its decision to expel Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim.
PKR disciplinary bureau chairman Datuk Dr Tan Kee Kwong said this to reporters after a one-and-a-half-hour discussion with ROS enforcement director ASP Akmal Yahaya yesterday, a meeting which was prompted by a complaint lodged by Khalid.
