GEORGE TOWN: Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer pleaded not guilty to two separate charges of sedition at the Sessions Courts here over an “Umno celaka” remark three months ago.
Rayer was charged in one Sessions Court with uttering the words: “Celaka-celaka ini, celaka-celaka Umno ini kurang ajar, biadap... (celaka Umno, ill-mannered and rude)” at the Penang state assembly at 9.30am on May 20.
