SHAH ALAM: Shah Alam PAS MP Khalid Samad said that a meeting he had with Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim's lawyers in a bid to seek the truth behind the embattled Mentri Besar's Bank Islam out-of-court settlement was a failure and a "waste of time".

At a press conference here Thursday, he said the two-hour meeting last Saturday with Khalid Ibrahim's lawyers Mathew Thomas and Derek Fernandez, was "virtually a waste of time" as it raised even more questions.
