KUALA LUMPUR: The family of Ahmad Sarbaini Mohamed, the Selangor Customs assistant director who was found dead while in the custody of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in 2011, risks having their civil suit struck out if they fail to file court papers within the stipulated time.
Ahmad Sarbaini’s family is suing the Government, MACC and seven others over his alleged assault and battery, mental torture as well as misfeasance of public office and negligence.
