Cop: Suspects sought over CIQ protest gone into hiding


JOHOR BARU: Several individuals involved in the protest at the Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) complex on Aug 1 have gone into hiding.

Johor police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff said those missing were believed to be the organisers who objected to the toll rates imposed at the complex.
