SHAH ALAM: With the PKR and DAP quota at Selangor local councils not fulfilled, those with relevant qualifications can soon apply to become councillors.
Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim assured current councillors would not be affected, with activists and professionals to take up the remaining seats, said the Selangor Mentri Besar in a statement.
