KUALA LUMPUR: Seventy former employees of Tabung Haji have failed in their claims for gratuity payments following their early voluntary retirement.
In dismissing the suit, High Court judge Justice Yeoh Wee Siam said the gratuity payment – Anugerah Perkhidmatan (AP) – was never a part of their terms and conditions of their employment.
