PETALING JAYA: PAS has been asked to state its stand over the Mentri Besar crisis, particularly on whether the party supports Umno's position to back Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, or have him replaced by PKR.
Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) said in a statement that PAS should not wait until Aug 17 for the decision as Umno deputy president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yasin had earlier declared the support of the party's 12 assemblymen for Khalid.
