Patriotic act: Ragu, handing a flag to Chin as token of appreciation over the hotel

MALACCA: A labourer’s cycling expedition with his children to mark National Day has been a roller-coaster ride with its ups and downs.

R. Ragu, 39, and his daughters Nithya Rubhini, 15, and Nithya Darshini, 12, arrived here at 7pm on Saturday from Negri Sembilan only to discover that a non-governmental organisation had failed to honour its part of the sponsorship agreement to provide meals and accommodation for them.
