KOTA KINABALU: Thirteen senior Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) officers, including director-general Datuk Mohamad Mantek, have been removed from the restructured body.
The others who were transferred out included former Director of Defence Mej-Jen Datuk Masrani Paiman, Director of Defence Intelligence Mej-Jen Datuk Mohd Noor Osman and Director of Public Affairs and Management Services Abdul Rahim Ishak.
