PETALING JAYA: Representatives from the Malaysian Consultative Council of Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism and Taoism (MCCBCHST) will be sent to Amsterdam to manage the remains of the 22 non-Muslim passengers killed in the MH17 tragedy, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Tan Sri Joseph Kurup.
“The council will ensure that non-Muslims will be given the respect and prayers according to their own faiths. The representatives will be leaving for Amsterdam in a few days,” he said yesterday.
