KUALA LUMPUR: Police believed they have crippled a motor vehicle theft syndicate following the arrest of two local men and two Vietnamese women at a condominium along Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz here.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Zainuddin Ahmad said the thieves, in their 20s and 30s, were arrested at 2.30pm Monday as they were walking towards a Volkswagen Golf that was reported stolen.
