KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic was moving slowly along highways heading north, east and south as of noon Tuesday, according to a spokesman of the Plus Expressways Traffic Control Centre.
He said northbound traffic flow was slow approaching the Juru toll plaza and over a one-km stretch before Bukit Tambun.
