A 12-YEAR-OLD girl refuses to be adopted because she wants to take care of her grandmother who is suffering from an illness, reported Guang Ming Daily.
The girl, known only as Lin, from Yunlin county in the western part of Taiwan, had been staying with her father and grandmother after her mother left the family after giving birth to her.
