KUALA KANGSAR: Suspected militant Muamar Gadaffi Mohamad Shafawi will be tried in the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
This comes after a magistrate’s court here allowed his case to be transferred to the High Court in the federal capital as required under Section 12 of the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act.
