SHAH ALAM: An independent and transparent international investigation into the crash of MH17 should be done in the nearest time to identify the culprits, said Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
"I was informed that the Ukrainian government has expressed intentions to form an independent body to investigate the crash and has invited the Malaysian government to be part of it.
