KUALA LUMPUR: A fugitive was finally brought back to court to face 16 charges of raping a teenager after being on the run for three years.
Felda settler Che Ghazali Abdul, 59, claimed trial yesterday before the Sessions Court here to raping the girl, who was then only 14.
