KEMAMAN: Taking a break from their lessons, 170 civil servants at a course organised by the National Institute of Public Administration (Intan) rolled up their sleeves to prepare and distribute the popular bubur lambuk (spicy porridge) to the faithful here during Ramadan.
Muhammad Kamal Zulkifle, a department assistant secretary at the Home Ministry, said making and distributing the meal was part of their social contribution during the fasting month.
