JOLO (Southern Philippines): Abu Sayyaf terror group leader Alhabsi Misaya is believed to be taking instructions from the wife of former Moro National Liberation Organisa-tion (MNLF) leader Nur Misuari, who Malaysia believes is one of the masterminds behind several cross-border kidnappings in Sabah.
Intelligence sources said they were aware that Alhabsi was communicating frequently with the woman who stayed in Kuwait.
