SINGAPORE: Singapore Airlines (SIA) confirmed that one of its aircraft parked at the Manila International Airport "came into contact" with an aerobridge due to strong winds from Typhoon Rammasun on Wednesday, local television Channel NewsAsia (CNA) reported.

In responding to queries by CNA, the local media quoted a SIA spokesperson as saying: "There were no passengers or crew on board at that time and our engineers will assess the aircraft when weather conditions permit."
