GEORGE TOWN: Part-time trader Aipi Mohd Adnan started making and selling handmade Bintang Raya (Raya Stars) six years ago after watching a television programme on how to make the decorative stars.
Aipi, 30, who works as a lorry driver, said this year he has made 500 stars to be sold at his stalls in Padang Brown and at the Pesta site in Sungai Nibong.
