KOTA KINABALU: Sabah has taken to zoning the state so as to better manage power outages. The focus is on Sandakan and Kota Kinabalu where most of the incidents occur.
Deputy Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Mahadzir Khalid said by dividing the state into west, east and interior zones would enable Sabah Electricty Sdn Bhd (SESB) to be more organised. “In so doing, power supply can be improved,” he said.
