PUTRAJAYA: A country without proper leadership may end up like the Brazilian national football team in the 2014 World Cup, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

Making a reference to yesterday’s early morning semi-final match between Brazil and Germany, the Prime Minister said the host nation’s defence was kucar-kacir (topsy-turvy) due to the lack of proper leadership.
