KUALA LUMPUR: A businessman has settled a negligence and fraud suit with the Government and two others in relation to a luxury car lent to an actress.
Federal Counsel Nurhasmanita Abdul Manap said that the Government, Transport Ministry and Selangor Road Transport Department (RTD) director have settled the civil dispute with the businessman.
