GEORGE TOWN: In what seemed to be reminiscent of a 2010 protest where a cow’s head was used, a skinned cow’s head was left in front of Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer’s house.
Rayer, who caused an uproar with his “Umno celaka” remark at the state assembly last month, called police after his wife found the cow’s head at the gate of their house in Tingkat Tembaga at 7am yesterday.
