On Tuesday, Dr Wee raised his concern over the posting of the language teachers who graduated from the Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (Upsi).
He pointed out that the 136 teachers were specially trained at Upsi to teach SPM-level Mandarin in secondary schools.
