Mohamad Salleh and kids made directors in several firms

KUALA LUMPUR: National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd executive chairman Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail and his three children were appointed directors in several companies since 2006, a Sessions Court here heard.

Companies Commission of Malay­sia assistant registrar Roslizawati Nur Wahida Abd Ahmad said Dr Mohamad Salleh and his son Wan Shahinur Izran were appointed direc­tors in Syarikat Macronial Technology Sdn Bhd on Aug 28, 2006, following the resignations of one Sumami Kiman and Shaharuddin Abdullah.
