PETALING JAYA: A glitch at the check-in system of Malaysia Airlines caused congestion at the check-in counters at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KL Sentral station on Friday.
It is learnt that the system known as SITA was temporarily down from 5pm.
