KUALA LUMPUR: Umno has lost one of its pioneer leaders of the women’s wing following the death of Datuk Zubaidah C.M Hashim here of heart failure. She was 86.
The mother of seven and wife of Bank Bumiputra founding director, the late Datuk K. Mushir Ariff, collapsed at her home here and was taken to the Gleneagles Hospital where she died at 7pm on Tuesday.
