MALACCA: A senior Immigration Department officer has received abusive text messages following a raid on what is believed to be an illegal massage centre on Tuesday night. The text messages questioned the department’s raid and said another outlet that was believed to be its competitor should be raided instead.

Department deputy director for control Abu Bakar Sidek Hassan said the messages came in at 10pm and 10.57pm respectively, and were believed to be related to a raid conducted at a massage centre in Malim Jaya at 4pm.
