NFCorp fails in bid to dispose of suit against Public Bank

KUALA LUMPUR: National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd (NFCorp) failed in its bid to dispose of its suit against Public Bank Bhd, based on point of law, over alleged leak of confidential information.

NFCorp had filed the application last month under Order 14A of the Rules of Court 2012 as it felt the related issues could be determined through affidavit. However, the High Court ruled yesterday that the case would now go for a full trial.
