KUALA LUMPUR: Diesel smugglers like to use illegal jetties in Johor and bases along the border of Kelantan to load fuel onto small boats.
“We suspect that these small boats then transfer the fuel to larger vessels,” said Federal Marine Police commander Senior Asst Comm Datuk Abdul Aziz Yusof.
