THE recent Selangor water crisis was an act of “criminal intent” by irresponsible parties who should shoulder the blame, a backbencher said.
Kota Tinggi MP Datuk Noor Ehsanuddin Mohd Harun Narrashid said the crisis was not merely a case of mismanagement or negligence on the part of the Selangor government.
